Double Covered PRP System
It has a vacuum, 12 ml blood collection capacity. Blood is filled with vacuum from the upper lid (rubber stopper) and PRP is taken from the lower lid after centrifugation. Thus, the surface on which the needle touches remains sterile, which is its difference from a single cap. It has been named MULTICAP because it has a double cover. Since Buffy Coat is dispersed over a wide surface after centrifugation, PRP collection requires high dexterity.
2 different Kits were created using the MULTICAP system;
1- MULTICAP PRP SYSTEM (FULL KIT)
The Kit contains 2 pcs of Multicap PRP Tubes (with Anticoagulant) and 1 pc Activation Tube (Ca+) with all application accessories.
Multicap has vacuum, 11 ml blood collection capacity. Blood is filled with vacuum from the same cap (rubber stopper) and PRP is taken from the same cap after centrifugation. Since it
has a single cap, it is named as MONOCAP. It is a classic system. Since the Buffy Coat is spread over a wide surface after centrifugation, PRP collection requires high experience.
2- MULTICAP PRP SYSTEM (SINGLE KIT)
The Kit Contains one single Multicap PRP Tube,
one spinal needle and a blood collection needle.
