LABFUGE CENTRIFUGE DEVICE
CGF CD-34 WHAT IS THE TREATMENT?
CGF CD-34 (Concentrated Growth Factors) treatment has similar features compared to PRP. The purpose of the CGF method is to mechanically activate the platelets by centrifuging the blood taken from the patient at variable times and at variable centrifuge speeds and to use the concentrated growth factor plasma obtained.
The important thing in tissue regeneration and rejuvenation is to activate the alpha granules, known as the growth factor pool, in the platelet and to secrete the Growth Factors in its content. The mechanical centrifugation event at the revolutions and minutes given below provides this activation. In addition, it is possible to obtain stem cells homogeneously dispersed in the blood in CGF.
CGF CD-34 RECOMMENDED CENTRIFUGE SPEED
In order to obtain a quality growth factor (CGF) plasma, the centrifuge device must follow the steps below automatically and non-stop; 10 cc of blood taken into CGF tubes is placed in the centrifuge;
step 1 2 minutes 2700 rpm (735 g)
step 2 4 minutes 2400 rpm (580 g)
step 3 4 minutes 2700 rpm (735 g)
step 4 3 minutes 3000 rpm (905 g)
The device is centrifuged without stopping. After this procedure, 1.5-2 cc of dense growth factor plasma is obtained just above the erythrocyte area and is ready for infusion.
